Repair Service Calls - $150.00 per hour.
Our goal is to schedule all service calls within two days when possible. We strive to have all repairs completed on the same day when possible. There is a one-hour minimum charge for service calls on our first visit. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. Additional cost for parts and supplies needed to complete the service call.
Emergency Service Calls - $250.00 per hour
If you need an appointment outside our normal business hours of 9 am to 6 pm, or if you cannot wait to be scheduled, we may be able to accommodate you within one or two days, depending on our availability and the length of our scheduled appointments. There is a one-hour minimum charge for emergency service calls on our first visit. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. Additional costs for parts and supplies needed to complete the service call.
Routine Maintenance - Flat Rate Pricing
For your convenience, our maintenance services are packaged as a flat rate option, so you always know how much you will pay when you schedule your appointment. Routine maintenance packages start at $150.00.
Mobile Service Fee - $75.00
This only applies to repair and emergency service calls outside our 20-mile service radius.
Virtual Assistance - $100.00 per hour.
We are happy to provide virtual assistance and support for inquiries you might have. This includes the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues virtually, assistance with paperwork for warranty companies, special parts orders, or requests for additional research. There is a one-hour minimum charge for virtual assistance. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. You must have access to Zoom or Google Meet for virtual troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Owner Education - $100.00 per hour.
We offer personalized education for both new and experienced RV owners, providing tailored guidance to help you understand the operation of your specific systems. This includes full walkthroughs, hands-on demonstrations, and guidance to better equip you to address simple problems.
